i love chocolate

just noticed that i love chocolate and i cant get sick of it. dont know y. maybe i love the sweetness it provides as it melts in my mouth. sense of satisfaction in a second and i can just close my eye and enjoy myself as the world stops spinning. haha

gym with felix. kid. learned tkd. doing guitar. nice? ya...

20% effort in shoulder
20% effort on arm
10% effort on mouth
hope tomorrow i can get cramps. it will show a good sign. haha

Rain the whole day. still manage to gym. saw kevin eating mac.... wonder y dont he grow fat.. haha

Food consumed today..

breakfast- 4 piece white bread. 2 toasted 2 non toasted
2 with peanut butter. 1 kaya. 1 half peanut butter half kaya.. taste funny.

1 red bean waffle -$1.20

Afternoon- stolen sugar free sweet from friend.
Eating metal from the Gym stations. Taste like hard work !! ^^


Night- 1 chocolate cookie - from the goodie bag from pop parade..quite nice...1 chunky chocolate at center
- 1 piece of pain toasted bread. cutted in half and 1 in kaya 1 in peanut butter.
toasted twice. inspired by the kaya toast outside and decided to try. and its appears and taste similar. what a great success.

wanted to eat ice cream in bread but didnt have the chance.. haha
